When it comes to explaining why we feel the way we do, we often make an assumption that it is always something or another that was learned and repeated, rather than something coming from within us. This has led to a debate within psychology as to whether or not therapists actually "fix" people, or rather act as catalysts for inner change using principles and forces that already exist within us. In this video, I discuss this possibility.
