My buddy Nick Iafrate is back! After returning from a humanitarian trip to Rwanda, he shares his experiences and reflections with me, leading to a dialogue about how our cultures are different, and yet common humanity shines through. Nevertheless, there seems to be a number of powerful lessons we can learn from the Rwandans in the way in which they have been working on integrating the horrible traumas their country has endured over the past 40 years.
